flight attendant duties

Passengers who lose it on a flight face more than a viral clip. The FAA can fine you up to $43,658 per violation, and the airline can ban you for life no real appeal, no federal review, no clean way back on.

Flight attendants are federal safety officers, not service staff. Under 14 CFR Part 121, their legal mandate is emergency evacuation and cabin safety not your carry-on. Arguing past a refusal can trigger a federal offense under 49 U.S.C. 46504. Know the rules before your next flight.
